Pastor Madaus was saved in 1972 at the age of twelve at Landmark Baptist Church in Stonington, IL as a result of the bus ministry. After surrendering to God’s call into full time ministry, he attended Fellowship Baptist College in East Peoria, IL and graduated with a Graduate of Theology degree in 1981. That fall, he married Kimberly Ann Hurst. They have been married for thirty-two years and have two grown daughters, Nicole and Ashley.
He served as the Assistant Pastor of Bible Baptist Temple in Stonewood, WV for
five years. He and his family also served for ten years as missionaries sent out of
Bible Baptist Temple to Kenya, East Africa.
The Lord led Brother Madaus back to the United States sixteen years ago to
become the Senior Pastor of Bible Baptist Temple. During the first few years back
in the States, Pastor Madaus received a Bachelor and Master of Religious
Education at the Mountaineer Baptist College, Salem, WV.
